Ratko M. Knezevic

Ratko M. Knezevic has enjoyed a long career in international business and world political affairs, with a global track record of problem solving and strategic vision applying methods in difficult and tough political and business environments.  He has extensive experience in government relations and lobbying as a consultant in emerging markets, foreign trade, privatization, project financing, real estate, and media.

Among his many appointments and accomplishments, from 1995-1998 Mr. Knezevic served as Special Advisor for Economic and Foreign affairs to Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic of Montenegro.  During this service, Mr. Knezevic founded and became Chief of the Montenegrin Mission to the United States of America, the first Montenegrin diplomatic foreign mission since the country lost its independence in 1918.  The Mission served as the Republic’s critical link to the U.S. Government and International Financial Institutions based in Washington, DC such as the World Bank and IMF.   Over this time period, Montenegro became the second largest receiver of US aid per capita.

HSBC, CSFB, and Bouygues are among the many well known global brands for which Mr. Knezevic has consulted.

Mr. Knezevic received a B.A. degree in Sociology with cognitive studies in Economics from Belgrade University in 1988.

In July 2006, Mr. Knezevic was graduated with a Premier Masters Degree in General Management, as a participant in the Sloan Fellowship Program at the London Business School. This program is exclusive to MIT, Stanford University and the London Business School.
