Anita Daly is the President of Captain Consultants, Inc., a New York public affairs and political consulting firm formed in 2003 with her business partner Marty Torrey, a retired Navy Commander and former congressional chief of staff.  Ms. Daly is the former Chairman of the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors and past President of the Southern Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce. 

Ms. Daly has significant experience in assisting clients in health care, real estate development, education, environmental protection, and business development and marketing.   She is well connected across a broad spectrum of New York and Washington politics and holds substantial contacts within the Empire State's business community.

Ms. Daly is currently the County Supervisor of Clifton Park, NY, an elected position she has held for 13 years.  A teacher in Shenendehowa's Orenda School, she is presently Co-Chair of the NYS Association of Counties Committee on Children with Special Needs. In 2002 she served as Campaign Manager for Congressman John E. Sweeney's reelection.   Ms. Daly is one of the founders of New York State's Empire Women and she was a Presenter on Entrepreneurship at the 2000 Republican Women Leadership Conference. 

Ms Daly earned her undergraduate degree from State University of New York at Plattsburg, and holds a Masters Degree in Education from the Sage Graduate School in Albany, NY.
